IOWA CRNA Locums – Autonomy + Regional/OB Mix | Near Illinois Border

Job description

Assignment Details:
Start: August 2026
Length: Ongoing
Schedule: Approximately 20 shifts per month
Day shifts: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Weeknight call: 5:00 PM – 7:00 AM (with post-call day off)
Weekend call: 24-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 AM)

Practice Setting:
Independent CRNA model
Community hospital environment
EMR: Cerner
Efficient case volume with predictable workflow

Case Mix:
General Anesthesia
OB / Epidurals
Regional / Blocks
Level II Trauma (no hearts, no neuro cases)

Patient Population:
Primarily adult/geriatric (~85%)
Some pediatric/adolescent (~15%)

Requirements:
Board Certified CRNA
Active IA license
ACLS & PALS required
Comfortable working independently and taking call

Credentialing:
Fast turnaround – approximately 30 days
Temporary privileges available for qualified providers
