### **Coverage Dates :

* 6/16 – 6/18: 12-hour day coverage
* 7/13 – 7/17: 8- or 12-hour day coverage (**REQUIRED WEEK**)
* Every Monday in June & July: 8-hour day coverage

### **Schedule**

* Monday – Friday
* 8-hour shifts (some 12-hour coverage as needed)
* 40 patient contact hours per week
* OR days: Monday – Friday
* Call: If willing, once trained

### **Practice Details**

* Inpatient: Yes
* EMR: Epic
* Independent CRNA practice model
* Supervision of APPs: No
* ORs: 4 ORs, 1 GI suite, 1 OB suite
* Volume: 50–55 cases/week
* Case mix: General, Ortho, GI, Urology, ENT, OB
* No cardiac or head cases

* Level IV Community Trauma Center
* No telehealth or outreach services

### **Requirements**

* MUST be able to cover 7/13 – 7/17 week
* Must be within driving distance of Clinton, IA
* Board Certified – REQUIRED
* Active IA CRNA license or Compact license – REQUIRED
* Clean malpractice/background history – REQUIRED

* No settled, pending, or dismissed cases
* NPDB required (within 30–90 days)
* Experience preferred; new grads considered
