Job description
Join a hospital-employed, all-CRNA team in a thriving critical access hospital within easy reach of Kansas City.
Opportunity
Manage approximately 250 cases each month across 3 ORs, 2 GI labs, and 2 procedure rooms, including general surgery, endoscopy, gynecology, obstetrics, orthopedics, ophthalmology, ENT, and podiatry
Utilize the full scope of CRNA skills, with opportunities for regional anesthesia, obstetric anesthesia, and line placement
Enjoy a consistent Monday-Friday schedule
Participate in a shared call rotation, targeted at one weekend in four, with additional compensation for all call coverage
Compensation
Earning potential exceeding $320,000 annually
Additional call opportunities paid at $70/hour beyond the contracted minimum, plus $160/hour for callback coverage
Eligible for a $10,000 annual Quality & Service bonus
