CRNA needed near Louisville, KY to start ASAP and work on-going.

Job description

Designated stroke center in the area
· Staffing Model: Staffing – CRNA’s (21 FTE)
· 16 POS; 4 ORs + 3 Endo suites at ASC- 14 POS on Fridays
· 2 Separate facilities on the ground- Surgery Center & Hospital (13 miles from the main campus)
· Care team model; 1:4 Medical Supervision
· 16 ORs at the hospital
· First call is 7p-7a, second call is 7p-11p weekdays, 7a-7p on Sat and 7a-5p on Sat. Weekday 7p-7a for C1, 7p-11p for C2. Weekend is 24-hour coverage for C1. Saturday is 7a-7p for C2. Sunday is 7a-3p for C2.
· All call time is paid at callback rate
· Pager call 30 min callback radius
· MDs do cases first and call in the CRNA only if needed
· Credentialing – takes 90 days minimum.
Case Mix: Ortho, designated stroke center, complex neuro cases, No OB, No CV, regional/blocks. CRNA’s do some of their blocks; Epi’s/Spinals for other types of cases (ortho/blocks/etc)
