CRNA Needed in Lexington, KY!

Job description

This facility is seeking full-time anesthesiology coverage and needs providers who can commit to working every week for the duration of the assignment.

🗓 Start Date: 04/20/2026
⏳ Contract Length: 26 weeks

Schedule & Coverage:
Full-time assignment; must be available 4 weeks per month
Day schedule: 7:00a–5:30p (30-minute lunch)
Will consider 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts
Preferred schedule: 4x10, but flexible for the right provider

Work Environment:
Supported by CRNAs, anesthesia techs, anesthesiologists, and residents
Medical direction model with CRNAs typically 2:1 or 3:1
General ratios range from 1:2 to 1:4 depending on acuity
Attending anesthesiologist often has a resident in a second room, with a strong focus on teaching

Coverage Need:
Full-time coverage required, approximately 4 shifts per week
Assignment length: 6 months
