CRNA needed in Lexington, KY! Will license

Lexington, KY
Start Date: 5/18/2026
Schedule: 7am-5:30pm (1/2-hour lunch) ; MUST be available 4 weeks/month
Willing to consider full time schedules of 8s, 10s, or 12s. Preference is for 4x10, but willing to consider other schedules. Providers must be able to work every week.
Cases: Ortho, Trauma, Vascular, Neuro (No Heart), Central Line, Arterial line, Line Placement. Not likely needed to do blocks. No OB.
Will license
Credentialing timeframe: 90 days
