CRNA Needed in Louisville, KY:
Start Date: May 2026
Contract Length: 6 months with option to extend
Shifts Available: Monday–Friday
10-hour, 12-hour, and 14-hour shifts
Call: Weekday and weekend call available
shifts: Options for 10-, 12-, and 14-hour shifts
At least 3 years of experience, preferably 5
Home address needs to be at least 50 miles away.
Case Types - Site performs: OB, General surgery, GYN, ENT, Orthopedics, Cardiac, Neuro, Urology

Credentialing Timeframe: around 90 days
Active KY License Required
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
