• Shift options: 10-, 12-, or 14-hour shifts
• Weekday & weekend call available (optional)

• 27 Anesthesiologists
• 54 CRNAs
• Care Team Model (mix of hands-on anesthesia & supervision)
○ Physicians: ~75% hands-on / 25% supervision
