Schedule
- Monday through Friday - 10s, 12s and 14 available

Required Experience
- 3 years

Cases
- A significant amount of ortho, designated stroke center, complex neuro cases, No OB, No CV

Procedures
- CRNA's can do their own blocks if they want to.

Local Preferred but will Consider Travel and Lodging for the right Candidate!

Credentialing Timeframe
- 90 Days

Must have an active KY license.
