Highlights
• Locum Tenens – 1099
• Start Date: August 17, 2026 (flexible start after August)
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks with potential to extend
• Full time only – must be available 4 weeks/month
• No call
• 4x10 schedule
• Level I Trauma Center
• EMR: Epic (preferred)
• Credentialing timeframe: ~90 days
• Weekly expense allowance up to $1,500 may be considered

Schedule
• 4x10 shifts per week – may be flexible to 3x12’s
• Typical start time: 7:00 AM
o 10 hour shifts with 30 minute unpaid lunch
• Consistent weekday coverage

• Neuro
• No cardiac or OB cases
