Job description

Schedule
• Full-time, 4x10 schedule (10-hour shifts)
• 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)
• Must work consistently every week

Facility Overview
• Level I Adult Trauma Center (also Level II–IV coverage)
• Academic teaching hospital (residents + anesthesiologists + CRNAs)
• Medically directed CRNA model (typical ratios 1:2–1:4 MD:CRNA depending on acuity)
• EPIC preferred EMR

Clinical Scope
• OR coverage includes:
• Orthopedics
• Trauma
• Vascular
• Neuro (no cardiac)
• Required participation in NORA cases
• Procedures:
• Intubation
• Central lines
• Arterial lines
• General line placement
• No OB
• Limited need for blocks
