**Opportunity Overview**
A large academic hospital system in Kentucky is seeking CRNAs to assist with an ongoing staffing need across multiple affiliated facilities. Providers will work within a supervised anesthesia care team model in a high-acuity, Level I Trauma environment.

Full-time availability is preferred; however, providers available for at least two weeks per month with consistent availability will be considered.

**Practice Setting**

* Large academic healthcare system
* Level I Trauma Center
* Approximately 440 beds
* 25 operating rooms
* Fast-paced, high-volume surgical environment
* Cross-credentialing across multiple affiliated hospital sites
* Long-term, ongoing need

**Case Types**

* General Surgery
* Endoscopy / GI
* Orthopedics
* Urology
* ENT
* Plastics / Hand Surgery
* Colorectal Surgery
* Oncology
* Ophthalmology
* Pain Management
* Select Trauma Cases

**No Cardiac Cases**

**EMR**

* Cerner

**Requirements**

* Board Certified CRNA
* Active Compact License accepted
* State license not required at presentation
* BLS and ACLS required
* Experience in large hospital environments preferred
* Clean malpractice and professional history preferred
* Must complete phone interview with Chief CRNA
* Availability required at time of submission

**Credentialing**

* Approximately 60–90 days
* Temporary privileges may be available for qualified providers

**Travel & Lodging**

* Travel reimbursement available
* Airfare, lodging, rental car, and mileage reimbursed per facility guidelines
* All travel must be pre-approved
* Receipts required
