New CRNA Need in Kentucky (Will license)

Job description

Start Date: 08/17/2026- FLEXIBLE START DATE AFTER AUG

•Amount of coverage needed per month: Full time, 4 x 10/week, 6 months with option to extend
•Patient population/age: All age spans (no Neonatal)
•Department description: CRNA would cover the following: Ortho, Trauma, Vascular, Neuro (No Heart)
•EMR: EPIC preferred
**All providers will be required to work NORA**
•Skills required: Intubation, Central Line, Arterial line, Line Placement. Not likely needed to do blocks. No OB.
•Practice Setting:
•Hospital (Level 1 Trauma Center)
•Requirements:
•Board Certification: NBCRNA
•State license required: Yes, State of KY – open to licensing
•Minimum experience required: 1 yr experience ( NO NEW GRAD)
•Must have recent experience in large medical center setting
•Level 1 trauma exp required
•Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
