Job Details:Dates: 9/7/2026 - OngoingMinimum availability: Full time preferred but will consider providers available 2 weeks/month with specific availability provided in advance to coordinate scheduling with another locum providerSchedule: Monday–Friday: 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts availableNo call requiredCase Types: General Surgery, Endoscopy, Pain Management, Colorectal Surgery, Plastics, Urology, Oncology, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, ENT, Hand Surgery, GI, Some trauma cases possible. NO Cardiac CasesLevel 1 Trauma Center: Must have experience working in large hospital setting and comfortable in High-acuity, fast paced environmentSupervised anesthesia modelAdditional Information: Cross Credential sites: Multiple SitesEMR: CernerBoard Certified RequiredMalpractice provided by Anesthesia OnCall Louisville blends horse racing, history, food, and riverfront attractions into a unique Kentucky experience.
