Job description

CRNA locum role in Lexington, Kentucky at a Level 1 Trauma Center seeking full time coverage 4'10's a week on going 6+ months. Up to $1,500 living allowance provided.

Start Date: 09/21/2026 — flexible start date after August
Hours: 7:00 AM–5:30 PM, including a 30-minute lunch
Coverage Need: Full-time coverage, 4x10s/week, for approximately 6 months

Weekly Expense Allowance: Up to $1,500 per full week
Credentialing: Approximately 90 days
Licensing: Kentucky license required; willing to assist with licensing

Practice Details:
Hospital-based Level 1 Trauma Center
Patient volume: approximately 1–9 patients per day
Patient population: All ages, excluding neonatal
Case mix includes Orthopedics, Trauma, Vascular, and Neuro
No cardiac, OB, or neonatal cases
Blocks are not typically required

Requirements:
NBCRNA Board Certification
Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience
Level 1 Trauma experience required
Kentucky state license required or willingness to obtain one

Experience with:
Intubation
Central lines
Arterial lines
Line placement
