Location: Sulphur, Louisiana

Start Date: September 2026

Assignment Length: 13 Weeks

Schedule

• Full-time coverage

• Monday–Friday

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Call required (1:6 rotation)

Practice Setting

• Hospital-based practice

• Collaborative anesthesia team consisting of 2 Anesthesiologists and 6 CRNAs

• Daily staffing includes 1 Anesthesiologist and 5 CRNAs

Case Mix

• General Surgery

• Orthopedics

• Obstetrics

• Urology

Position Highlights

• Approximately 300 deliveries annually

• Opportunity to practice at the top of your license

• Perform your own regional and neuraxial blocks

• Training available

• New graduates are encouraged to apply

Requirements

• Board Certification required

• Active Louisiana license required

• BLS preferred

Credentialing

• Estimated credentialing timeframe: 60–90 days

Additional Information

• Onsite onboarding/orientation is required prior to the first shift and will be scheduled after credentialing is complete.

• A pre-employment drug screen is required. Providers are encouraged to complete screening as soon as credentialed to avoid delays in scheduling shifts.

• Provider availability must be submitted at the time of presentation for the name-clear process.
