All‑CRNA practice with full autonomy

No supervision required

Clinical Requirements
Case types include Endoscopy, Gynecology, General Surgery, and Urology

Proficiency required in spinals, epidurals, and peripheral nerve blocks

Caselogs required, including documented experience with epidurals, spinals, and blocks

Advanced Regional Skills Utilized
Rectus sheath blocks

Quadratus lumborum (QL) blocks

Femoral and adductor canal blocks

TAP blocks

Interscalene blocks

Staffing & Facility Details
Two anesthesia providers on site during the day

No dedicated OR, Endo, CV, Cath Lab, or IR rooms listed

EMR system: Cerner

Credentialing & Licensing
Credentialing timeframe: 60–90 days

Temporary privileges available for candidates with a clean background, malpractice history, and an active, unrestricted license

Required certifications: ACLS (AHA only), BLS, PALS
