Anesthesiologist – Locum Tenens

Location: Springfield, Massachusetts
Start Date: December 15
Contract: Ongoing
Schedule: Full-time only; 10- or 12-hour day shifts
Shift Times: 7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. or 7:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m.
Compensation: Top pay
Travel: Full travel support, including airfare, lodging, and rental car

Practice Details

Academic Level I Trauma Center

724-bed hospital

Blend of solo practice and CRNA supervision

Regional anesthesia skills required

Variable case mix and patient volume

Adult patient population, ages 18–80

No cardiac, OB, or pediatric cases

Anesthesia tech support

EMR: Cerner and MetaVision AIS

Overtime available after scheduled shift

Requirements

Board-certified Anesthesiologist

Active Massachusetts license

DEA and CSR required

Minimum 5 years of experience

Credentialing timeframe: approximately 8–10 weeks
