CRNA Opportunity in Springfield, MA – Flexible Scheduling, No Hearts, OB, or Peds!

Looking for a CRNA assignment with scheduling flexibility and a diverse adult anesthesia practice? A large academic medical center in Springfield, MA is seeking experienced CRNAs for a 13-week locum tenens opportunity beginning in January.

This Level I Trauma Center offers a variety of anesthesia cases, with no cardiac, obstetric, or pediatric cases required. Providers must have strong regional anesthesia skills and at least five years of CRNA experience.

Local CRNAs can enjoy flexible scheduling with as little as two days per week or one to two weeks per month. Non-local providers are welcome but must commit to a full-time schedule.

Start Date: 1/4/2027
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule:
• 10-hour shifts: 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
• 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM–7:30 PM
• Local CRNAs: Can work 2 days/week or 1–2 weeks/month
• Non-local CRNAs: Full-time availability required
• No call

Practice Setting:
• Academic Medical Center
• Level I Trauma Center
• 724-bed acute care hospital

Patient Population: Adults, ages 18–80

Cases/Procedures:
• Diverse adult anesthesia cases
• Regional anesthesia required
• No cardiac cases
• No OB cases
• No pediatric cases

Support Staff: Anesthesia technicians

EMR: Cerner and MetaVision AIS

Requirements:
• Board-Certified CRNA
• Active Massachusetts license required (no licensing offered)
• DEA required
• Massachusetts CSR required
• Minimum 5 years of CRNA experience
• Regional anesthesia proficiency required

Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 8–10 weeks

We pay weekly, cover malpractice insurance, and handle credentialing in-house!
