Shift Options (Night Coverage):
Flexible scheduling available:
7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12-hour shift)
11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (8-hour shift)
24-hour shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM

Case Types:
No cardiac cases

Primary coverage includes:
Neuro
Endoscopy
Radiology
Limited pediatrics
Mostly standard surgical procedures

Case Load & Work Environment:
15–20 cases per site per day (approx. 36–46 total between two locations)
Supervised CRNA model (4:1 ratio)
Most physicians perform their own blocks and regional anesthesia
CRNAs must place their own arterial lines

Requirements:
All items are required at time of name clear:
✅ Board Certified CRNA
✅ Active Michigan License
✅ Clean professional background (no license actions or disciplinary history)
✅ BLS, ACLS, PALS Certifications
✅ Current flu vaccine or valid medical exemption
