Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Locum Tenens
Employment Type: 1099 Locum Tenens
Location: Michigan
Start Date: TBD (credentialing 60–90 days; temps available for clear background/malpractice and active unrestricted license)
Length: Ongoing assignment

Schedule & Coverage

Scheduled coverage with call every 4th night

Call response time: 45 minutes

No supervision – all CRNA practice

Daytime coverage with 4 providers on-site

3 ORs

Case Mix & Requirements

Case types: General, Ortho, Urology, Ophthalmology, Vascular, Dental, ENT, Podiatry

No OB

Must be proficient in spinals, blocks, and epidurals

Case logs required: proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks

Systems & Credentials

EMR: Epic

Licensure Requirements: Michigan license (not open to licensing)

DEA and Michigan CSR required

Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS

Provider Highlights

Independent CRNA practice, no supervision

Broad case mix with no OB required

Spinals, blocks, and epidurals required with case log proof

60–90 day credentialing with temp privileges available for qualified candidates

Call every 4th night with 45-minute response
