Perm - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - Anesthesia needed in Muskegon, MI

Job description

We are seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a professional and collaborative anesthesia team. The medical center features:

20 operating rooms

5 heart and vascular suites

6 endoscopy suites

2 obstetrical surgical suites

The role offers an excellent mix of diverse case types and an opportunity to work with a skilled and supportive perioperative team.

Shift & Schedule

Schedule includes a mix of 8, 10, 12, and 16-hour shifts

No on-call requirement

Weekend schedules follow the same shift mix

Case Types

Providers will manage a wide range of cases, including:

Orthopedic (elective and trauma)

Gastrointestinal

Gynecology

Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT)

Complex vascular

Neurosurgery

Interventional cardiology including electrophysiology and structural heart

Full scope cardiothoracic

Healthy pediatric cases

Robotics

Team & Work Environment

Professional, confident, and friendly anesthesia team

Experience is preferred, but new graduates (through 2025) will be considered

This position is not accepting Locums candidates

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive hourly rate: $112.75

Up to $100K sign-on bonus for 0.5 FTE or greater (5-year commitment)

Board Certification (NBCRNA) – Required by start

Michigan CRNA License – Active or willing to obtain

DEA – Active or willing to obtain

ACLS & BLS – Active or willing to obtain
