Job Overview
We are seeking a Board-Certified CRNA to provide anesthesia care in an outpatient Ambulatory Surgery Center setting. The CRNA will deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia services across all patient populations, including pediatric and geriatric patients, and contribute to a positive perioperative care environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administer intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics for surgical procedures, obstetrical deliveries, and other medical or dental procedures.
Provide airway management and anesthesia care in emergent and non-emergent situations, including perioperative and immediate postoperative care.
Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and accurately document findings.
Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative teams to develop and implement anesthetic plans.
Maintain professional standards, promote teamwork, and contribute to a positive workplace environment.
Mentor, precept, and educate staff, students, patients, and families.
Participate in professional development, quality improvement, and patient safety programs.
Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, hospital policies, and evidence-based practices.
Travel to other ambulatory sites as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Candidate Requirements
Education: Completion of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
Experience: Minimum of 2 years CRNA work experience (RN experience or training does not count)
Certification & Licensure:
Board Certified by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) – Required
Active Michigan nursing and specialty license – Required
DEA (must be obtained prior to start) – Required
CSR/CDS (must be obtained prior to start) – Required
BLS, ACLS, PALS – Required
Vaccinations: Up-to-date COVID and annual flu vaccination (or willingness to obtain by start) – Required
Other Requirements:
Clean malpractice/license history – Required
Willingness to travel to other ambulatory sites – Required
Open to H1B and J1 visa candidates
Not accepting locum tenens or 1099 candidates
Will consider candidates who were previously Board Certified and need to re-certify

Independently deliver anesthesia care and manage perioperative patient needs.
Ensure accurate documentation for all procedures and maintain current clinical knowledge.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and education to staff and students.
Collaborate effectively with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative teams.
Uphold high standards of professional communication, teamwork, and patient safety.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and cost-effective resource utilization.
Practice patient-centered care and maintain a safe and therapeutic work environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $238,368 ($114.60/hour)
Starting Bonus: $20,000
