The Role:
Location: Ann Arbor, MI
Assignment duration: Start as soon as credentialed.
Schedule: 4 shifts per week, 10 hour shifts (Part-time considered as well)
No on-call duties required (strictly scheduled shifts)
Operate within a hospital-based setting designated as a Level II Trauma Center
This is a supervised CRNA role with a strong focus on general surgical cases and opportunities to engage in neurosurgical procedures and spinal anesthesia.
Administer anesthesia for general surgical procedures for both adult and pediatric patients
Provide anesthesia care for neurosurgical cases, ensuring proper management of neurological status pre- and post-procedure
Perform spinal anesthesia and local infiltration anesthesia as required by surgical procedures
Manage ventilation and monitor respiratory status throughout the surgical process
Deliver anesthesia under direct supervision in a collaborative environment with anesthesiologists and surgical teams
Maintain continuous patient monitoring throughout the perioperative phase (pre-op, intra-op, and post-op)
