Assignment Details
Coverage Dates:
February 2–6
June 8–12
June 22–26
June 29 – July 3
July 6 onward – Full-Time, Ongoing
Credentialing: 60–90 days

Schedule:
OR-Hours: 7:00a – 3:00p
Call: 3:00p – 7:00a
Call is every 3rd weeknight and every 4th weekend
30-minute call response time required

OB (Required – 350 deliveries annually)
Pediatrics
Dental
ENT
Endoscopy
Podiatry
No heads, hearts, or spine cases
Facility & Practice Details
Anesthesia Model: All-CRNA practice
ORs: 2 Operating Rooms + 2 Endo Rooms
Charting: Cerner EMR
Lodging: Hotel located next to the hospital

Requirements
Active Michigan CRNA license
Significant OB experience within the last 12 months (required)
Must be proficient in:
Spinals
Epidurals
Regional blocks
Proof of recent epidurals and blocks required

Compensation
$225/hour
Lodging provided (hotel adjacent to hospital)
