Job description

• Schedule: Weekdays 7:00am–5:00pm with 1 day/week and 1 weekend/month call rotation
• Weekday Call Shift: 5:30pm–7:00am
• Weekend Call Shift: 7:00am–7:00am
• Assignment: 1 FTE, starting as soon as credentialed
• Trauma Level: 3
• Annual ER Volume: 23,555
• Average Surgical Cases Per Day: 25
• Patient Population: All ages
• OR Staff: Four part-time MDAs, three full-time CRNAs
• Number of Operating Rooms: 5
• EMR/Charting: Plexus
• Cases: Regional Blocks, OB (required); additional: Ortho, General Surgery, Scopes, Dental, Urology
• Practice Model: Independent — No supervision
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, AANA BC, Active MI License; must participate in MI Medicaid/CHAMPS
• Credentialing Timeline: 60–90 days
• Call: In-house not required
