CRNA Locums Needed in MI- NO CALL-March Start

Job description

• Start Date: 3/9/2026
• Schedule:
○ Monday – Friday
○ 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (8.5-hour day with lunch included)
• Call Requirements: None (no weekends)
• Facility Type: Surgery Center

Clinical Details
• Support Staff: Usually 2 CRNAs per day; occasionally 3 on some Wednesdays/Thursdays.
• EMR: HST
• Case Mix:
○ Ortho: Very heavy; blocks required
○ Eyes: Mostly topical with light sedation; blocks only when needed
○ Mixed Endo Cases: MAC (Monitored Anesthesia Care)
○ Pediatric ENT: Requires PALS certification; conservative approach; limited cases (1–2 per Tuesday)
○ Total Joint Ortho / Shoulders: Starting Feb, 2nd & 4th Tuesday; volume TBD


Patient Safety & Requirements
• Thorough pre-op assessment (PAT) for all patients
• Pediatric ENT restrictions: no tonsils under 3, no sleep apnea cases
• Eye cases rarely need full blocks
