46 weeks of service, Mon-Fri as surgical schedule requires
Regular schedule 0700-1700 (approx 0.8 utilization, No requirement to stay once cases are completed, some administrative duties required.)
No non-voluntary weekends
No call
No non-voluntary Holiday coverage (6 days year)

$225/hr for over 10hr per day and/or 50hr/week or voluntary coverage outside of normal hours

1/3mil malpractice occurrence based coverage provided

500k/yr plus over appointment
1099 (may add additional weeks for additional pay)

Additional Time off may be scheduled without pay, 90-day notice preferred

What positions are available?
We are hiring for a full-time Chief CRNA position as well as locum tenens opportunities.

What is the practice setting like?
The facility includes one operating room and one procedure room. Coverage ranges from one CRNA minimum per day to a maximum of three.

What types of cases are performed?
The case mix is light and straightforward, including general surgery, orthopedics, neuro, and endoscopy. There are no significant pediatric cases and no obstetric practice.

Is this an independent practice?
Yes. The role is completely independent, and at times solo independent, requiring strong experience with regional anesthesia and solo practice.

Is there call or weekend coverage?
No. There is no call, no weekends, and a shift guarantee.

Are travel expenses covered?
Yes. Hotel accommodations or mileage/flight reimbursement can be included.

Is malpractice insurance provided?
Yes. Malpractice coverage is fully provided and is mandatory under our contracts.

What are the locum requirements?
For locum consideration, providers must commit to at least two days per week for a minimum of eight weeks to proceed with credentialing.
