Job description

Job Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Locum Tenens
Location: Three Rivers, MI
Duration: Full-week coverage (ongoing rotation)

Schedule:
Day shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Weeknight call: 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM (rotating, approximately every 3rd weeknight)
Weekend call: 24-hour call Saturday–Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM (every 4th weekend)
Full, consistent weeks required
On-Call Requirements: Required – weeknight and weekend call (30‑minute response time)
Board Certification Required: Yes – NBCRNA (Board Certified only)
Setting: Acute Care Hospital
Patient Population: All Ages
EMR: Cerner
Support Staff: CRNA-only model; 3 providers during the day; 2 ORs and 2 endoscopy rooms
Credentialing Timeframe: 60–90 days (temporary privileges available with clean file)

Procedures Include:
General anesthesia
Orthopedic procedures
OB/GYN (approximately 350 deliveries/year)
Pediatric dental cases
ENT
Endoscopy
Podiatry
Spinal anesthesia
Epidurals
Peripheral nerve blocks
CRNA-only practice model
OB experience required within the past 12 months (case logs required)
