Locum CRNA needed in north central Michigan to start as soon as credentialed and work ongoing.

Site is looking for full time providers at this time.

This site operates as a surgery center to the nearby Medical Center (level 2 trauma/stroke center)
-Services offered EM, Surgical outpatient surgery, and more
· EMR: Paper charting for both sites
Requirements:
· Board Certification: yes
· License required: Yes
· DEA: yes
· Minimum experience required: 2 years minimum
Credentialing Timeframe: ~60 days
