Facility:
This 180-bed hospital facility features 11 operating rooms providing comprehensive surgical services including cardiovascular, vascular, neurosurgery, general surgery, ENT, urology, orthopedics, robotic surgery, colorectal, podiatry, and plastic surgery. The facility also covers out-of-department services including non-invasive cardiology, obstetrics, endoscopy, and radiology procedures.

Job Details:
• Hospital-based practice setting with 180-bed facility and 11 operating rooms
• Services include Cardiovascular, Vascular, Neuro, General, ENT (limited peds), Urology, Ortho, Robotic, Colo-Rectal, Podiatry, Plastic surgery
• Cover out-of-department services: Non-invasive cardiology, OB, Endoscopy, Radiology (CT & MRI)
• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop comprehensive care plans
• Administer general, regional, or monitored anesthesia care
• Monitor patients during procedures and manage anesthesia complications
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management services
• Maintain accurate documentation per hospital and regulatory standards
• Current RN license and NBCRNA certification required
• Master's or Doctorate from accredited nurse anesthesia program required
• Board certification required (AANA)
• BLS, ACLS required; PALS preferred
• 8 or 10-hour day shifts available
• Supervision ratio: 1 MDA to 4 CRNAs
• Average of 35 surgical cases per day
• Level 3 trauma center with around 80,000 annual ER volume
• Documentation: Paper charts, transitioning to Epic in June 2026
• Patient demographic: Minimal pediatrics, mostly adult and geriatric
• Required procedures: General surgical cases (adult), obstetrical cases, neurosurgical cases
• Additional procedures: Arterial line insertion, IV insertions, floor intubations
• Active Michigan license required with clean background
• Accepting new graduates
• Credentialing timeframe: 90-120 days

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
