CRNA Job Opportunity – Comprehensive Inpatient & Multi-Site Coverage Role

Provide comprehensive anesthesia care for patients in inpatient settings and across multiple clinic locations
Conduct thorough preoperative assessments, including medical history review, risk evaluation, and anesthesia planning
Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans in collaboration with anesthesiologists and surgical teams
Administer anesthesia for surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort
Monitor and manage patients intraoperatively, including vital signs, anesthesia depth, and response to interventions
Oversee post-anesthesia recovery, pain control, and immediate postoperative care
Participate in a rotating schedule, including full-time day shifts, on-call coverage, and weekends
Travel between multiple locations as required to support anesthesia service coverage across the health system
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in EPIC EMR in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
Support departmental staffing needs, particularly during periods of shortage
Comply with hospital credentialing, quality assurance, and safety protocols
Engage in ongoing professional development and maintain required certifications (BLS, ACLS, CRNA license, RN license)
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare providers
