• Practice Setting: Hospital
• EMR: Paper Charts
• Job Details: General Surgery, ENT, Vascular, Hearts, Thoracic, Neuro, NORA, Ortho, Eyes, CT, IR, Endo, MRI, Cath Lab, EP, OB

Requirements:
• State License: Active MI license required
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Credentialing: 60-90 days
