• Job Details: Performing anesthesia for ENT, general surgery, ophthalmology, orthopedics, podiatry & some plastic surgery procedures.

Requirements:
• State License: Active MI license required
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, DEA
• Credentialing: 60-90 days
