A top-tier facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota is seeking CRNA coverage beginning September 15, 2025. This is a long-term locums opportunity with flexible scheduling, great compensation, and a supportive team environment. Providers must live 50+ miles from the facility to be eligible.

📅 Position Overview:

Start Date: 9/15/2025

Contract Length: Ongoing

Orientation: 2 days (paid)

Schedule Requirements:

Minimum 2 weeks/month

Minimum 36 hours/week

Shifts Available: 8, 10, 12, or 16 hours

Sample start times: 6:30a–3p, 6:30a–5p, 6:30a–7p, 6:30a–8p

Optional Call:

Weeknight 8hr call

12hr beeper call on select Saturdays

Overnight call (weeknight/weekend) preferred but not required

💉 Practice Setting:

Type: Tertiary facility

Model: 4:1 Care Team

Support: 24/7 Anesthesia Aide Team

Procedures: No blocks, epidurals, spinals, or A-lines

Patient Population: Ages 12+

EMR: Epic

📋 Requirements:

Licensure: MN CRNA license (MN is not compact)

Certifications: BLS & ACLS (AHA required)

Experience: At least 1 year

Skills Checklist: Must be submitted with application

Residency: Must live 50+ miles from facility

💰 Pay Details:

New CRNAs: $240/hr (eligible for $10/hr raise after 6 months)

Former Affiliates: Start at $250/hr

OT & Holiday Rate: 1.5x base

Holiday Pay Applies to: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas

Travel & Lodging: Available for eligible providers ✈️🏨
