Schedule and Coverage
Shift Coverage: Scheduled + On Call (optional)
Shift Schedule Options:
8, 10, 12, and 16-hour shifts available
Common shift times: 6:30–3:00, 6:30–5:00, 6:30–7:00, 6:30–8:00
Minimum 36 hours/week and 2–3 weeks/month required
Occasional overnight shifts (weeknight/weekend) preferred but not required
Beeper call available on some Saturdays (12-hour) and weeknights (8-hour)

General Job Responsibilities
Provide anesthesia care under a supervised care team model (4:1 ratio)
Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams

CRNAs do not perform blocks, a-lines, epidurals, or spinals

Minimum Education Requirements
Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
License & Certifications
Minnesota RN and CRNA licenses required
DEA – Required
ACLS and BLS – Required
MN is not a compact state
Must live 50+ miles from the facility to be considered

Experience
Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience required
Credentialing timeframe: 90–120 days
Paid orientation: 2 days required
