CRNA Opportunity in Minnesota | Supervised + Independent Mix

Job description

If you're looking for a role where you can use the full breadth of your CRNA skill set while having a steady weekday rhythm, this float pool assignment between Owatonna and Faribault could be a great fit. Both sites are only 20 minutes apart, and you’ll have a mix of supervised and independent practice, giving you variety without the chaos.

What to Expect
You’ll work 8- or 10-hour shifts Monday–Thursday, focusing on elective cases during the week. Fridays are emergent-only, so your weekday flow stays predictable. Weekend and PM call rotate, with clear structure and quick response expectations.

Your Role Across the Two Sites
Owatonna (Supervised)
• Supportive MD on-site during regular hours
• Bread-and-butter cases with OB support
• Mix of adult and pediatric patients
Faribault (Independent Model)
• Unsupervised environment with MDs available for support
• Strong OB experience needed, including VBAC/TOLAC
• Full-scope practice with epidurals, spinals, TAP blocks, and peripheral blocks
Floating between the two locations gives you a balanced mix of autonomy and collaboration — plus a consistent team on both sides.

Schedule & Call
• Mon–Thurs: 8- or 10-hour shifts
• Friday: Emergent-only cases
• Call:
o Weeknight PM call
o Weekend call (7a–7a)
o Call-back paid at time-and-a-half
• OT: 1.5x after your scheduled shift
• Holiday rate: 1.5x on major holidays

Skills You’ll Use

• OB coverage, VBAC/TOLAC
• Blocks (including TAP)
• General anesthesia across adult & pediatric populations
