Compensation

$240/hr (eligible for $250/hr after 6 months)

$250/hr if previously affiliated with Abbott

Schedule & Coverage

Minimum: 2 weeks/month & 36+ hrs/week

Shifts available: 8, 10, 12, 16 hrs

Typical start times: 6:30am (end times vary: 3p, 5p, 7p, 8p)

Optional call:

8-hr weeknight call

12-hr Saturday beeper call (not required)

Occasional overnights (optional)

Paid orientation: 2 days

Clinical Details

Patient population: 12+

Tertiary facility with specialized care

Care Team Model 4:1

24/7 anesthesia aid support

EMR: Epic

No blocks, a-lines, epidurals, or spinals

Requirements

Active MN RN & CRNA licenses

BLS & ACLS (Tier 2 – Advanced)

1+ year CRNA experience

Credentialing

90–120 days

• Ongoing Minimum of two weeks per month
• 4X12 Hour Shifts
