Job description

This facility is seeking ongoing CRNA coverage and is prioritizing providers who can offer consistent availability each month.

🗓 Start Date: May 2026
⏳ Contract Length: Ongoing (initial contract: 4 months)
🎓 Paid Orientation: 3 days required

Coverage & Schedule:
Full-time preferred; minimum 2 weeks per month required
Minimum 36 hours per week
Required: Two consecutive weeks per month for the first three months of the assignment
Shift lengths available: 8, 10, 12, and 16 hours
Typical schedules include: 6:30a–3p, 6:30a–5p, 6:30a–7p, or 6:30a–8p

Call Opportunities (Not Required):
8-hour weeknight call
12-hour beeper call on some Saturdays
Facility is open to reviewing providers interested in occasional overnight shifts (weeknights and/or weekends)

Work Environment:
Care Team Model 4:1
24-hour Anesthesia Aid Department to assist with room turnover and supplies
Coverage need: FTE level
Patient population: Ages 12+
