Tertiary Care Facility | Supervised Care Team Model | Ongoing Assignment
A leading tertiary care hospital in Minneapolis, Minnesota is seeking a CRNA for full-time locum tenens coverage beginning August 2026. This is an excellent long-term opportunity in a collaborative, well-supported anesthesia department.

Minnesota is not a compact state
MN RN and CRNA licenses required at submission
📅 Assignment Details
Start Date: August 2026
Contract Length: Initial 4 months, ongoing potential
Credentialing: 90–120 days
Paid Orientation: 3 days required
Coverage Needed: Full-time or two weeks per month
Minimum Commitment Requirements:
Minimum 36 hours/week
Minimum 2 weeks per month
🕒 Schedule Options
8-hour shifts: 6:30a – 3:00p
10-hour shifts: 6:30a – 5:00p
12-hour shifts: 6:30a – 7:00p
Call (Optional):
8-hour weeknight call
12-hour beeper call on some Saturdays
Occasional overnight shifts (weeknights/weekends) welcomed but not required
🏥 Practice Setting
Hospital – Level III Tertiary Facility
Patient Population: Ages 12+
EMR: Epic
Specialized care cases
Care Model:
Supervised model
Care Team Model 4:1
24-hour Anesthesia Aide Department (room turnover, supplies, etc.)
Note: CRNAs do not perform blocks, arterial lines, epidurals, or spinals.
✅ Requirements
Active MN RN License (MN Board of Nursing)
Active MN CRNA License (MN Board of Nursing)
ACLS/BLS (Tier 2 – Advanced Cardiac Life Support) required upon hire
Minimum 1 year experience required
