Job description

Schedule:
2 providers: 7a–3p
1 provider: 7a–5:30p
1 provider: 7a–7a (24-hour coverage)
Call: 1 weekday 24-hour call + some weekends open
4 providers onsite during the day
Trauma Level IV
1099

Procedural Requirements:
Must be proficient with Spinals, Blocks, and Epidurals
Case logs required

Specific Dates Needing Coverage:
May through December 2026 (multiple consecutive week blocks available, including May 1–3, May 18–22, June 8–12, July 13–17, Aug 3–7, Sept 28–Oct 4, and ongoing through year-end).
