Current Situation: Needing Summer CRNA coverage.
Number of CRNA needed: 1
Start Date: July
Length of Commitment: ongoing
Earliest Start Date: Working with client on exact dates but likely July with consistent weeks starting in September

Work Schedule: 2 weeks on 1 week off. Monday - Thursday

Case Types: OB(epidurals), General, Ortho, Blocks, Sporadic Healthy Peds/ENT, Dental/Cataracts


Ages of patients: Light Peds - Adults
Anesthesia Model: Independent

CRNA Only Practice
EMR/Paper Charting: EPIC
Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, PALS Required

Experience Required: 1yr of solo work required

Cred’g / Priv’g timeframe: 90 days

Hourly Pay Rate: $240/hr + Mileage and lodging

OT Rate: 1.25x

• M-Th / 2 weeks on, 1 week off
