CRNA Locums Opportunity – Minnesota
Start: Late May (approx. 45 days from offer)
Length: 13 weeks with extension potential
Setting: Acute Care Hospital (Rural, 49 beds)

Join a highly collaborative anesthesia team in a CRNA-only model offering autonomy, variety, and consistent scheduling. This is a great opportunity for providers who enjoy a mix of cases and hands-on practice in a supportive environment.

📅 Schedule
Monday–Friday shifts + call
Weekday shifts: 7a–3p or 3p–7a (call)
Weekend shifts: 24-hour call (7a–7a)
Call rotation: ~1:6 (includes weekends/holidays)
Minimum commitment: 2 weeks/month (flexible)
Must respond to call within 30 minutes
🏥 Practice Details
CRNA-only model (full autonomy)
3–4 CRNAs on shift + additional pediatric support on Fridays
4 ORs + endoscopy + flex room + DaVinci robot
Average 3–5 cases/day
EMR: Cerner/Oracle
👩‍⚕️ Case Mix
Orthopedics (joints, spine, sports)
General surgery
Plastics (cosmetic & reconstructive)
OB (C-sections)
Ophthalmology (cataracts)
Podiatry
Light pediatrics

Procedures include:

General anesthesia
Nerve blocks
Neuraxial (spinals, epidurals, CSE)
✅ Requirements
NBCRNA Board Certified
Active Minnesota license (required)
DEA required
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP
Minimum 2 years of experience
Comfortable with OB, blocks, and independent practice
Rural experience preferred
