We are seeking a CRNA for an ongoing assignment in Crosby, Minnesota.

Start Date: July 2026
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8‑hour shifts (6:30 AM – 2:30 PM) with on-call coverage required
Practice Setting: Hospital
Assignment Details:
• Independent practice model (0% supervision)
• 97-bed facility
• Case mix includes OB, pediatrics, ortho, general surgery, GI, ophthalmology, podiatry, urology, and interventional spine
• No cardiac cases
• Moderate volume across inpatient and outpatient settings
License: Active Minnesota License Required
Requirements:
• NBCRNA certification required
• BLS and ACLS required
• Must provide 12 months of case logs
• Must reside greater than 2 hours from site (Minneapolis candidates accepted)
• Required onboarding documentation includes ID, professional photo, CAQH, immunizations, and TB testing
Credentialing: ~30 days (temporary and emergency privileges available)
