NOW HIRING: CRNA – Crosby, MN

Start Date: July 2026

Assignment Length: 26 Weeks

Opportunity Highlights

97-bed hospital

Independent CRNA practice (0% medical supervision)

EPIC EMR

Temporary and Emergency Privileges Available

Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 30 Days

Case Mix

* OB
* Pediatrics
* Orthopedics
* General Surgery
* GI
* Ophthalmology
* Podiatry
* Urology
* Interventional Spine

Schedule

* 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts available
* Call required
* First call only
* No post-call day off

Shift Coverage

* 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM (M–F): 8-hour shifts (OR/OB/Endo)
* 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM (M–F): 10-hour shifts (OR/OB/Endo)
* 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM (M–F): 12-hour shifts (OR)
* 4:30 PM – 6:30 AM (M–F): First-call coverage
* Saturday/Sunday 6:30 AM – 6:30 AM: Weekend call coverage

Requirements

* Active Minnesota License
* NBCRNA Certification
* BLS and ACLS Required
* 12 Months of Case Logs Required for Credentialing

Location Requirement

Candidates must reside more than 2 hours from Crosby, MN. Local candidates within a 2-hour radius are not eligible.

Exception: Providers residing in the Minneapolis area are eligible for consideration.
