CRNA Locums Opportunity – Minneapolis, MN | Flexible 8s, 10s & 12s

Job description

We are seeking experienced CRNAs for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This is a high-acuity tertiary hospital offering multiple shift options, a well-supported care team model, and optional call opportunities.

Assignment Details:
Initial Contract: 4 months with ongoing extension potential
Full-Time Need: 40 hours/week, 4 weeks/month preferred
Will consider a minimum of 36 hours/week for 2 weeks/month
Required: At least 2 consecutive weeks/month for the first 3 months
After 3 months, an every-other-week schedule may be considered
Schedule

Multiple shift options available:
8-hour: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
10-hour: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
12-hour: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Optional 12-hour Saturday beeper call
Weeknight call opportunities available
Occasional overnight/weekend coverage welcomed, but not required

Practice Setting:
Tertiary hospital setting
Level III facility
Supervised care team model – approximately 4:1
24-hour Anesthesia Aid Department supporting room turnover and supplies
Patient population ages 12+
EMR: Epic
CRNAs do not perform blocks, arterial lines, epidurals, or spinals

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience
Active Minnesota License or Open to Licensing!
BLS and ACLS required
Must live 50+ miles from Abbott Northwestern
Skills checklist required at submission
Minnesota is not a compact state

Orientation & Credentialing:
3 paid orientation shifts required
Orientation begins on the second Monday of each month
Credentialing timeframe: approximately 90–120 days
