Independent CRNA Needed in Central Minnesota

Job description

A long-term CRNA locums opportunity is available in Wadena, Minnesota, beginning in October 2026 or as soon as credentialing is complete. This is an independent, all-CRNA practice with regular 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. weekday coverage and ongoing need into 2027.

The case mix includes General, Orthopedics, Endoscopy, OB/GYN, ENT, Urology, Ophthalmology and Podiatry. Candidates should be comfortable independently performing TAP, peripheral, neuraxial and IV blocks.

Assignment details:
• Start: October 2026 / as credentialed
• Schedule: 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
• Practice model: Independent / all CRNA
• Call: Approximately every third night and every fourth weekend
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing: Approximately 60–90 days
• Temporary privileges: Available for clean backgrounds with an active unrestricted license
• Travel and housing: Included
• Malpractice: A+ rated coverage with tail included

This assignment is best suited for an autonomous CRNA who enjoys full-scope practice and is comfortable participating in call.
