Job description

Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 6 months - ongoing/long-term
Shift Details: 8's, 10's, 12’s & 16s
Schedule: M-F - 40 hours per week - OT after scheduled shift
6:45am – 3:15pm (8 hours with half hour unpaid break)
6:45am – 5:15pm (10 hours with half hour unpaid break)
6:45am – 7:15pm (12 hours with half hour unpaid break)
6:45am –11:15pm (16 hours with half hour unpaid break)

Work Details:

Support Staff: Yes
Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: 2 FTE CRNA
Patients per day: we do 15-30 surgeries in a day, and 10-25 endoscopy in a day
Patient Population/Age: all ages
Department Description: Surgical Services and endoscopy. All services except, cardiac, eyes.
EMR: Epic
Hospital Bed size: 90 beds
Skills Required: PALS, ACLS
