Start Date: January 2026
Coverage Type: Scheduled shifts only – No Call, No Weekends
Shift Details: 8-hour shifts (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM), Monday–Friday
Shifts Needed:
• January: 7, 8, 9, 12, 15, 16, 19, 21, 22, 23, 30
• February: 4, 12, 13, 16, 18, 19, 20, 26, 27
• March: 4, 12, 13, 18, 20, 26, 27

Position Highlights
• Facility Type: Critical Access Hospital
• Practice Setting: Outpatient (Day Surgery + limited inpatient cases)
• Average Daily Volume: 12–14 cases
• OR Setup: 3 OR suites + 1 procedure room
• EMR: Meditech Expanse; CRNAs chart in SIS
• Support Team: RN Circulators, Surg Techs, Perioperative Services Supervisor, CRNA Chief, 2 FT CRNAs, Chief of Surgery

Case Mix
• Endoscopy (Upper/Lower GI), Urology, Podiatry, Orthopedics (Carpal Tunnel, Total Hips/Knees), General Surgery (Scopes, Hernia Repairs, Fundoplication), Potential ENT & Pediatrics (Tubes, Tonsils)
• No Heads, Hearts, or OB
Anesthesia Types: General & MAC (No Regional Blocks)

Requirements
• Board Certification: NBCRNA
• Experience: 3+ years (No new grads)
• Licensure: Active Missouri license (No IMLC)
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (NRP preferred but not required)
Credentialing: Temp privileges available – ASAP

• No call or weekends
• 8 hour shifts
• No heads, Hearts or OB
