• Academic/teaching hospital environment
• Full-spectrum anesthesia exposure:
○ General surgery
○ Orthopedics
○ Neuro
○ Trauma
○ OB
○ Cardiac
• High-acuity, broad-case mix
• Full-time coverage required

Model
• ACT-style academic environment
• Surgeons, anesthesiologists, CRNAs, perioperative staff all involved
• Structured hospital workflow (not independent practice)
